1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the UniGids platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Overview

UniGids is a digital self-help portal designed to assist students with admissions and immigration processes related to pursuing education in Germany. We provide tools to simplify content creation, documentation management, accommodation search, and visa tracking.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for submitting your applications to universities or authorities.
   
• All documents and content you submit or generate using UniGids must be accurate and truthful.
   
• You are fully responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and completeness of your submissions.
   

4. No Liability for Application Outcomes

PCAM UG and UniGids do not guarantee any admission, visa approval, or successful relocation. The platform facilitates the process but is not involved in the final decision-making by any external institution or government agency.

5. Tool and Data Accuracy

All tools provided (e.g., SOP generators, course matchers, visa checklists) are offered as assistive technologies. We aim for high accuracy, but:

• Outputs may sometimes be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
   
• You are expected to verify all results before use.
   
• PCAM UG assumes no liability for errors resulting from use of these tools.
   

6. Accommodation Listings Disclaimer

Accommodation-related features allow students to:

• Search for housing
   
• Shortlist options
   
• Schedule viewings
   

All listings are sourced on a best-effort basis from publicly available sources. PCAM UG:

• Does not verify or guarantee the authenticity of any listing
   
• Is not a broker or agent in housing transactions
   
• Cannot be held responsible for misuse, scams, or fraud
   

Students must independently verify the accuracy of listings and conduct due diligence before entering into agreements with landlords or agents.

7. Account and Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials confidential
   
• All activity on your account
   
• Updating your profile to ensure correctness of information
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected.

8. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
   
• Copy, redistribute, or resell content or tools without permission
   
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
   

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and platform features are the intellectual property of PCAM UG or its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Third-Party Links

UniGids may contain links to external websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party platforms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data stored on UniGids.

To do so, send an email to unigids@gmail.com using your registered email address with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.

Please note:

• This action may result in loss of access to your account and data.
   
• In some cases, we may retain minimal data for legal, tax, or auditing purposes, as required by law.
